1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Street Coffee Bar, LLC for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or request our services.

2. Services

Street Coffee Bar, LLC provides mobile coffee cart catering and espresso bar services in the Tulsa Metro Area of Oklahoma. All services are subject to availability.

A booking is not confirmed until a written agreement has been signed and a deposit has been received. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date. Payment details and terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking at Street Coffee Bar's discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

Client cancellations: Cancellation terms, including deposit forfeiture and any remaining balance obligations, are outlined in your individual service agreement.

Street Coffee Bar cancellations: In the unlikely event that Street Coffee Bar must cancel due to equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of all amounts paid and make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement vendor.

5. Service Requirements

Client is responsible for providing adequate space and access for our setup. Specific requirements (space dimensions, power access, and venue access for setup and teardown) will be confirmed at time of booking.

Travel fees may apply for events outside the standard Tulsa Metro service area. This will be communicated at time of quoting.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Street Coffee Bar, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Street Coffee Bar, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the service booked.

While we take allergen precautions seriously, Street Coffee Bar is not responsible for adverse reactions to beverage ingredients. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for communicating these needs before service. A full list of ingredients used is available upon request.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
